| In this presentation, I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll introduce basics and recent applications of the no-boundary proposal of Hartle and Hawking. First, I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll introduce the applications to scalar-tensor theories and the dilaton stabilization problem. Second, I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll apply the technique to the context of the flux compactification and check whether this approach can explain the moduli stabilization problem. Finally, I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll discuss applications for the cosmic landscape and some remained open issues. |
