| * ABSTRACT | |||||||
| In the first lecture, I will start by reviewing Landau Fermi liquid theory, followed by an introduction to non-Fermi liquid states. I will then discuss about a non-perturbative nature of non-Fermi liquid states in two space dimensions, where quantum fluctuations remain strong even in the large flavor limit, unlike relativistic quantum field theories. |
