* ABSTRACT | |||||||
Quantum information processing using continuous variables is uniquely promising as it provides a far enriched structure for quantum informatics together with practical feasibility in laboratory. While many protocols have been so far implemented using Gaussian states and operations, it is widely perceived that non-Gaussian regime is essential for some crucial quantum tasks. In this talk, we will address our recent developments on the characterization of non-Gaussianity in terms of nonclassicality and entanglement, which are the key elements for quantum informatics. |
