Scope
Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) is one of the most powerful tool in studying the electronic structure and related physics of solid. It has been successfully demonstrated that ARPES can not only directly visualize the electronic structure of exotic material such as low dimensional system, topological matter and strongly correlated system but also can provide the deep underlaying information from the electronic structure such as dynamics of electrons, quantity related to the phase of wavefunction. In this internal workshop, to initiate the future collaboration, recent activities of ARPES groups will be shared, together with invited theorists who is actively working on the electronic structure focused research or collaborates with ARPES groups.
