    Overview
    As the renaissance of nuclear physics is coming along with the forth coming
    accelerators such as RAON, now is the right time to have intense discussion on
    interesting physics  tied to the rare isotope facilities. Several topics in nuclear
    and hardon physics will be covered in this workshop.
