    The conference will take place at the Ensemble Hall inside the Carnival Culture Palace

    Check-in and on-site registration

    Hotel and condominium check-in starts at 3pm every day. On-site registration will take place during 3-6pm on Friday, February 21 or any time during the symposium. Please come to the registration desk located outside the conference venue (Ensemble Hall) to register and pick up the hotel/condominium keys.
