[Set-up & Take-down]

Set-up : All posters must be in place by September 20, 2019 (Fri) 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. 

Posters will be displayed from September 20, 2019 8:00 a.m. until the September 21, 2019(Sat) 12:30 p.m.

Take-down: All posters should be taken down by 13:30 p.m. on September 21, 2019(Sat). Please be informed that the Committee will not be responsible for any poster that is left, lost, or damaged.
