    - ICN -> Seoul station (AREX)

     Taking a KTX (Korean Train eXpress) is fastest way to come to Pohang. You can take a Incheon Airport Railroad Express (AREX) to get to Seoul KTX station. Please, refer to time table of AREX here.


    - Seoul -> Pohang (KTX)

     There are only 10 KTX trains from Seoul to Pohang a day.  If you want to use this route, you would better carefully check the train schedule. It takes about two and half hours and the cost for one-way is about KRW 52,000.

    - Pohang KTX station -> POSTECH (Cab)

     There is no bus coming directly from Pohang KTX station to the campus. A cab ride will take 20 minutes and cost about KRW 13,000.

    - ICN -> Seoul station (AREX)

    - Seoul -> Singyeongju (KTX)

     The train departs almost every half an hour from 5:30 am to 10:00 pm. It takes about two and half hours from Seoul to Singyeongju. The cost for one-way trip is about KRW 48,000.

    - Singyeongju KTX station -> Pohang Intercity Bus terminal (Bus)

     You can transfer to the limousine bus at the singyeongju station square. The bus departs to Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal almost every hour from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm on weekdays. The bus costs KRW 5,000 one-way and it takes 40 minutes.


    - Pohang Intercity Bus terminal -> POSTECH (Bus/Cab) 

     Bus #105 will take you from the Intercity Bus Terminal to the bus stop across the East Gate. From the bus stop, the Posco International Center is about five minute walk. When you ride a cab, it will take 10 minutes and cost about KRW 5,000.

    - ICN -> Pohang (Limousine Bus) 

     There is a direct express bus from Incheon International Airport to Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal, which departs from Platform 10C at 7:00, 8:50, 13:40, 17:10, 19:30 and 21:30. The bus stops at Gyeongju Terminal before it reaches its final destination Pohang, so be sure to get off at the right terminal. The fare for one-way trip is KRW 44,300 and it takes 5 hours to get to Pohang.

    - Pohang Intercity Bus terminal -> POSTECH (Bus/Cab)

     If you arrive at Gimhae International Airport, you will have to take a bus from the airport to Pohang. A limousine bus departs to Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal every hour from 7:35 am to 9:45 pm. The fare for one-way trip is KRW 11,000 and it takes 2 hours to get to Pohang.
