Participants who need accommodations will stay either in Best Western Premier Seoul Garden Hotel or Casaville Shinchon. Two students will share one twin room. Participants will stay either in Seoul Garden Hotel or in Casaville Shinchon.

Best Western Premier Seoul Garden Hotel (Tel: +82-2-717-9441) is located within the walking distance (350m) from the Gongdeok Station which can be accessed via Airport Railroad (Commuter Line, runs from Inchon International Airport to Seoul Station). You can exit through Exit 8 of Gongdok Station. It is also quite close to the Mapo Subway Station (No.5 line). See the neighborhood map. Special room rate for the symposium is 132,000 KRW (VAT included) for double room and 150,700 KRW (VAT included) for twin room. Free internet access is available and you can ask for late check-out time of 14:00. One bottle of mineral water is provided daily. Bus 7611 (Local green) runs just in front of the hotel to the entrance to Ewha Womans University and takes about 15 min. It takes about 15 more min. to walk to the symposium venue, Education Building.

CasaVille Shinchon (Tel. +82-2-6220-4000) is a residence hotel located within the walking distance from Ewha Womans University. See the neighborhood map. Special room rate for the symposium is 80,000 KRW (VAT included) for double and twin room. Room-sharing students pay half of the room rate.
