    Overview

    The magnetic field has been always important in the study of universe, but detailed understanding of the role of the magnetic field in the areas such as large-scale structure formation, accretion flow, turbulence, and compact stars including black holes has recently become possible. Researchers and students from APCTP member countries will present and discuss their recent works and review the current status of research in this field.

    Registration Fee

    The registration fee is 200 USD (100 USD for students), which is to be paid at the on-site registration desk either by cash or by credit card. Participants without any financial support may ask for the waiver of the registration fee.

    Financial Support
    A limited amount of financial support covering local expenses and registration fee will be available for graduate students and young postdocs who do not have any financial resources. Those who need financial support should send an email describing their financial situations to mgp@knu.ac.kr. Only the participants who present papers will be considered.

    Banquet will be freely served to all registered participants.
