Note first that:

· Submission deadline: August 31, 2017 ==> September 17, 2017 (Extended)

· Page limits: 5 pages for parallel talks and 10 pages for plenary talks

· The format of your article: 17 x 25 cm 1-column or A4 2-columns, depending on your choice

· The type of files you have to supply: print-ready PDF

Authors are asked to submit the following documents directly to the chief editor of the conference;

· Submit to Dr. Gungwon Kang (gwkang@kisti.re.kr)

· A print-ready PDF for each article/contribution;

· A license agreement signed by the author(s) for each article: epjconf_copyright.pdf (A scanned pdf file may be ok.)

Before submitting your print-ready PDF file, please check the quality of your final PDF document at http://pdf-analyser.edpsciences.org/.

To make such print-ready PDF file, we strongly recommend that authors use the EPJ Web of Conferences Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates to prepare their documents. Extra care should be taken when preparing reference lists. Indeed, online references will be linked to their original source, only if possible.

Remember that:

- Fonts have to be embedded in all PDF files,

- The quality of the digital images should be at least 150 dpi,

- No correction will be made by the publisher
