[Set-up & Take-down]

Set-up : All posters must be in place by October 1, 2018 (Mon) 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. 

Posters will be displayed from October 1, 2018 8:00 a.m. until the October 3, 2018(Wed) 12:30 p.m.

Take-down: All posters should be taken down by 13:30 p.m. on October 3, 2018(Wed). Please be informed that the Committee will not be responsible for any poster that is left, lost, or damaged.
