    This international workshop takes places in POSTECH, where the newly established hard X-ray free electron laser (XFEL) facility of PAL-XFEL is located. XFELs have trailblazed cutting-edge sciences in various areas for the last several years. This workshop aims to explore new science opportunities with the XFEL realized by spatially coherent, ultra-intense, and femtosecond short X-ray pulses.
