    Overview
    This symposium has been held alternatively in Korea and Italy every two years since 1989. Main purpose of this symposium is to promote the academic exchange and collaboration between astrophysicists in Europe and Asia, including Italy and Korea, in the field of relativistic astrophysics.

    Important Dates

    May 10 - Deadline for visa application

    May 20 - Deadline for financial support application

    May 31 - Deadline for registration and abstract submission

    June 15 - Deadline for abstract submission for invited speakers


    Registration Fee
    The registration fee is 100,000 KRW or 100 USD (50,000 KRW or 50 USD for students) before the registration deadline, which is to be paid at the on-site registration desk by credit card. The late registration fee is 150,000 KRW or 150 USD (100,000 KRW or 100 USD for students). Participants without any financial support may ask for the waiver of the registration fee.

    Lunches during the meeting and the banquet will be provided to all registered participants. Accommodations will be provided only to the foreign participants who were previously granted of financial support.

    No arrangement for accommodations will be made for late registrations. Priorities in the program will be given to registrations before deadline.


    Proceedings
    The proceedings of the symposium will be published as a special volume of the Journal of the Korean Physical Society. The papers will be refereed by the usual refereeing process of JKPS.
