Overview The 2017
Nuclear Physics School (NPS) will be held from Monday June 19 through Friday
June 23, 2017, at the APCTP Headquarters, Pohang. The school has been held
every year since 2001, hosted by Division of Nuclear Physics, Korea Physical
Society. The school is open to graduate students and young researchers with a
strong interest in experimental and theoretical nuclear physics. The lectures
of the 2017 NPS will review on QCD in hadronic systems. The school will consist
of five lectures and discussions, two lab sessions, and a student session.
Topics Low-energy QCD and hadron production Nuclear Structure Photoproduction
of meson and baryon resonances. Experimental
technique in trigger and data acquisition systems. Electromagnetic Calorimetry
