* ABSTRACT | |||||||
The aim of the talk is to review a possible unified approach to analyze data of various types of nuclear reactions, direct reactions, transfer reactions, incomplete fusion and complete fusion reactions. Specifically, the talk will be concentrated on the three topics below. The topics will be discussed systematically, based on the Feshbach theory of direct reactions. 1. Extended optical model and heavy ion fusion at near-barrier energies. 2. Breakup-fusion (BF) approach to transfer reactions; unified description of transfer reactions to bound and unbound regions. 3. A brief comment on continuum RPA. |
