* ABSTRACT
In this talk I discuss the effect of external magnetic field on QCD. High magnetic field is expected to occur in some of neutron stars and also in the peripheral collision of heavy ions. In neutron star the cooling process gets significantly enhanced under strong magnetic field. In heavy ion collision electric current is spontaneously generated by chiral magnetic effect.
