* ABSTRACT
As it was requested I suppose:
1. To remain the derivation of the QCD Instantons and discuss its classical and quantum meaning.
2. After that to discuss the QCD Instanton Vacuum model and its parameters.
3. To consider Light Quarks placed into the Instanton Vacuum and derive its partition function.
4. To consider the application of this tool to Pion Physics, deriving the low energy constants of the Chiral Perturbation Theory.
