| * ABSTRACT | |||||||
| I will discuss recent work on the molecular excess, which provides a measure of the number of solute molecules that are associated with a single macromolecule in solution. The excess is a simple quantity that can be used to facilitate comparison of model and experimental systems. The talk will include a discussion relating to the derivation -- and application of -- a new `limiting law\\\' for polyelectrolyte solutions | |||||||
