* ABSTRACT | |||||||
In this presentation, I first briefly summarize the information loss problem of black holes, the black hole complementarity controversy, and the firewall paradox. In order to circumvent the firewall, Susskind and Maldacena suggested an idea so-called the ER=EPR conjecture. I will discuss why the ER=EPR conjecture is helpful for the firewall problem and what are the working conditions for this conjecture. Finally, I will construct a model that \\\'violates\\\' some conditions for the ER=EPR conjecture. This may have profound implications, either the conjecture is not quite generic or my model has an unknown loophole. |
