Accommodation arrangements should only be made by the Center – The Center shall arrange a hotel reservation, including breakfast, for maximum three nights. In exceptional circumstances (i.e. no flight/train availability on the day of departure, substantial difference in travel fare etc.) the Center may reimburse an additional night. In this instance, you should provide us with a proof. The cost of any accommodation arrangements which are made directly by you will not be reimbursed.
