    Overview

This series of school/workshops held in the Asia-Pacific region aims at the frontier issues in gravitation and cosmology, to put forth new ideas, to discuss current issues and finally to propose challenging problems for young physicists. In the past the school/workshops have been held in Kyoto (2012), Shanghai (2011), Taitung (2010), Pohang (2009), Taitung (2008) and Tainan (2007).

The school/workshop consists of a school and a workshop. In the school invited speakers deliver series of lectures from introductory to research level to help students and junior fellows to grasp the essences of the cutting edge developments in gravitation and cosmology. In the workshop participants are expected to give talks on the recent developments in the above issues and are encouraged to discuss the talks and establish research collaborations.

    Invited Lecturers
Martin Bucher (Univ. of Paris), "Overview of CMB physics: from COBE to Planck and beyond"
Chul Hoon Lee (Hanyang Univ.), "Einstein-Maxwell theory in astrophysics"
