During the school/workshop, all invited speakers, organizers, and other participants will stay in The Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel, which is located in the beautiful seaside and 8 min. drive from Jeju international airport and Jeju port. The conference secretariat will provide assistance for room reservations. A few choices of rooms with the room rates are listed below. The rates are discounted ones but these rates can not be guaranteed after deadline. Please fill out the registration online form before Dec. 31, 2013. Due to limited room availability, two students and postdocs who were granted for accommodation supports should share one room.
If you choose not to stay in the accommodations provided by APCTP or wish to change the accommodation, you should contact LOC. Please do not contact these hotels directly for any cancellation or change. And in this case, participants need to seek their own accommodations.
Accommodation of invited speakers and participants who were granted for accommodation support will be paid by APCTP directly. Other participants should pay for the accommodation themselves.
We have made reservations for invited speakers and participants at the Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel. If the reserved rooms are not enough to accommodate all the participiants, the number of participiants might be cut down. In this case, the first priority for reserved rooms would be given to the workshop speakers. Financial Support
A limited amount of financial support covering accommodations will be available for graduate students and young postdocs who do not have any financial resources. Hotel Breakfast: 15,000 KRW Other Nearby Korean Restaurants: 6,000-8,000 KRW There are some restaurants very close to the hotel on Tapdongno (탑동로) where one can eat good seafood or black pork, which a famous menu in Jeju, for about 7000 KRW. Or there is an E-mart, which is one of the biggest markets in Korea, very close where you can buy almost everything, including fresh fruits and all other foods for cheap prices. Excursions

A few routes will be prepared for the afternoon excursions. The details will be announced at the workshop place. Any participants can freely use the excursion buses but they need to reserve on Feb. 19 (Tue.). Internet
