How to get from Incheon Airport to APCTP
(1) By Bus Airport Limousine Bus runs from Incheon Airport to Pohang Bus Terminal. Depart from Bus Stop outside arrival floor Gate 10C at 7:00, 8:50, 13:40, 17:10, 19:30 and 21:30. It takes approx. 5 to 6 hours, depending on freeway traffic. From Pohang Bus Terminal, take a taxi to POSCO International Center (포항공대 포스코 국제관 가세요 --- copy down these characters and show to taxi driver). It takes approx. 20 minutes. (2) By Train Airport Train runs from Incheon Airport to Seoul Central Station every 20 minutes. It takes about 40 minutes (express) to 50 minutes (local). KTX runs from Seoul Central Station to Pohang Station approx. every hour. It takes about 2.5 hours. Train schedules can be checked at the webpage link here. From Pohang Station, take a taxi to to POSCO International Center (포항공대 포스코 국제관 가세요 --- copy down these characters and show to taxi driver). It takes approx. 20 minutes.
Remarks
* All bus/train tickets can be purchased with credit cards (visa, mastercard). Still, for local transportation such as taxi, currency exchange at the airport (approx. 50 Euros). * KTX trains normally do not need advance purchase. If 2nd class seats are not available, inquire 1st class (slightly more leg room). * Keep all receipts for domestic travel reimbursement. |
